In this hands-on cooking class series, teens will explore a variety of delicious recipes while learning valuable culinary skills. Each day brings a new recipe and flavour, guiding students through different cooking techniques. Day 1: Handmade Cavatelli with Parmesan Cream and Crispy Bacon Discover the art of pasta-making! Start the week with a classic Italian experience, where teens will learn to roll and shape handmade cavatelli pasta. They'll then craft a rich, velvety Parmesan cream sauce and top it off with crispy, golden bacon bits for added flavour. Perfect for beginners, this pasta dish will introduce students to the joys of creating Italian comfort food from scratch. Day 2: Zesty Chicken Stir-Fry and Carrot Cake Bites A balance of savory and sweet, perfect for mid-week energy! Dive into the world of stir-fry, learning how to sear tender pieces of chicken and vegetables with just the right seasoning to pack every bite with flavor. For dessert, bake mini carrot cake bites, complete with a touch of cinnamon and a light cream cheese glaze – a sweet treat that's easy to recreate at home! Day 3: Japanese Katsu Curry Hand Pies and Baked-and-Glazed Doughnuts These hand pies are filled with chicken katsu and Japanese-style curry, encased in flaky pastry for the ultimate handheld delight. It’s a fun and delicious way to experience Japanese flavours with a unique twist. For dessert, teens will make and bake doughnuts from scratch, learning the technique for a perfectly soft interior, complete with a glossy glaze that will leave everyone wanting more. Day 4: Handmade Chicken Nuggets with Sweet Potato Fries and Quick Chipotle Aioli In this final class, students will learn how to make their own chicken nuggets, coated in crispy breadcrumbs for the perfect crunch with seasoned sweet potato fries and a quick, smoky chipotle aioli for dipping, this dish is a modern take on a favourite comfort meal that teens can easily make again. ote: A €100 deposit is required to reserve a spot, fully refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the course.
